Dress up days, activities planned for Red Ribbon Week

Wearing red ribbons and signing an anti-drug pledge is a regular occurrence in October, and Student Council and Leadership students have a variety of activities planned to celebrate Red River Week.

Next week students will be wearing those ribbons once again, but there will be lunch activities and dress up days starting Monday.
Monday is “Be a Smart Cookie.” Dress like a nerd. Leadership will hand out cookies at lunch
Tuesday is “Team up against drugs.” Wear a team shirt or jersey. There will be an anti-drug banner for students to sign.
Wednesday is “Lei off drugs.” Wear Hawaiian shirts.
Thursday is “Rock out against drugs.” Wear a band tee. There will be Rock and Roll trivia at lunch.
Friday is “Hawks are Over All drugs.” Wear spirit overalls. There will be a tailgate at the football game.
