Now that summer has come to a close, the classic television reruns are ending their marathons and the Netflix binging is over. The summer season may be reaching its finale, but the fall seasons of some of your favorite shows and promising premieres are starting. Here’s a rundown:

Tuesday-

Don’t miss “This is Us,” now in its third season. This show is an emotional rollercoaster–you can be laughing at the beginning of the show and crying at the end. Each character has so much development, and even though it’s just a role you feel like the actors know the characters so well that it’s almost like they are actual people. There’s always a hint about a twist at the beginning of the show and by the end, it all comes together and leaves you speechless.

  • The Gifted: Sep 25 @ 7 pm on Fox (Season 2)
  • The Flash: Oct 19 @ 7 pm on The CW (Season 5)
  • This is Us: Sep 25 @ 8 pm NBC (Season 3)

One show that everyone is looking forward to is Riverdale, which is returning for its third season. If you haven’t watched yet, Riverdale is based on the Archie comics, and it’s about a boy named Archie and his friends. One of the plots involves a student at their school who is murdered, so obviously it can get a little dark. Maybe even a little creepy, according to sophomore Sapana Pokhrel. “It gets you on the edge of your seat,” she said.

  • American Housewife: Oct 13 @ 7:30 pm on ABC (Season 3)
  • Modern Family: Sep 26 @ 8pm on ABC (Season 10)
